💡 About the Role
As a daycare assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, engagement, and well-being of the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Keeping children engaged, safe, and well taken care of
✅ Assisting with activities, preparation, and clean-up
✅ Preparing nap-time spaces
✅ Changing diapers as needed
✅ Helping children during meal times
✅ Supporting fellow team members
✅ Adhering to daycare policies and procedures
👩🏫 Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of childcare experience working with young children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Team-oriented, energetic, creative, and nurturing
- Excellent attendance record
