Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan has just been ARRESTED by the FBI after allegedly using her position of power to help a violent illegal migrant avoid ICE agents… inside her own courtroom.

🚨 WHO IS SHE PROTECTING?

The man she’s accused of shielding is Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a 30-year-old Mexican national who had already been deported in 2013. He was back in the U.S. illegally — and not quietly.

Police say Flores-Ruiz punched a man 30 times during a violent altercation in March, after someone told him to turn down his music. He also allegedly hit a woman who tried to intervene.

ICE and Border Patrol agents arrived with a federal arrest warrant outside Judge Dugan’s courtroom on April 18 — but that’s when things took a wild turn.

⚖️ WHAT THE JUDGE ALLEGEDLY DID:

According to an FBI affidavit:

  • Judge Dugan’s clerk was warned ICE agents were in the hallway.

  • Dugan allegedly became “visibly angry,” left the bench, and confronted the federal agents.

  • She then misled them — directing them away from her courtroom and to the chief judge’s office.

  • Moments later, she reportedly ushered Flores-Ruiz out a private jury door — one normally reserved for deputies and in-custody defendants.

Federal agents later chased Flores-Ruiz on foot and arrested him, but not before the judge’s actions allegedly gave him a chance to escape.

🧨 FBI Director’s Explosive Statement (Then Deleted?!)

FBI Director Kash Patel dropped the bombshell on X:

“Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents… allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest. Her obstruction created increased danger to the public.”

That tweet? Quickly deleted. No explanation given.

But Attorney General Pam Bondi followed up, confirming Dugan’s arrest with a firm message:

“No one is above the law.”
